1. Damaged or Expired Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or expired, we sincerely apologize! We do not offer cash refunds, but we will gladly replace the item for you.
- Time Limit: You must hand over the damaged or expired product to the courier within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- Proof Required: You must take clear pictures of the damaged or expired item as proof.
- What to do: Please contact us first before sending anything back. Send the pictures to our WhatsApp or Facebook Page inbox, and our team will guide you on the next steps for your replacement.
2. Change of Mind or Wrong Order
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we are here to help you exchange it!
- Resolution: We will help you exchange the product for the right one.
- Courier Charges: Since this is a customer-side error, you will need to bear the courier/shipping charges for returning the item and receiving the new one.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

- Invoice: The original purchase invoice is mandatory. We cannot process any replacement or exchange without it.
- Packaging: Please return the product in its original Leafas packaging whenever possible.
